Hi All,
My question is related to, how can we validate/verify that the receipt number provided by the consulting companies belongs to us. Because they are charging $7000+ for submitting H1b petition to USCIS. After few months they share to us i-797c copy of pdf. Later 2 months they said, your petition got denied. Better luck next year.
Is there a way to check that the given receipt number is ours or someone else?
