2. Similar job. My new (future) company has filed h1b visa transfer for me and to take advantage of I-485 portability, I have to downgrade the new job. Should I ask the new employer cancel the transfer and file a new one or should I just ask the new employer to file an amendament to the h1b petition (and how)? I do not want to use EAD because I want an added protection in the unlikely event that my I-485 is not approved.
3. My new job will be in a new service center territory, will NSC transfer my application to the new center?
