How To Use Employment Authorizations (EAD) and Advance Parole?

Current Status:
Current I am staying in US on H1B visa and I have an approved EAD & Advance Parole also.

I am visiting going outside US for few weeks & will be coming back.

Q. If I want to use EAD & AP; Can you tell me the process with which I use Advance Parole to reenter US & start using my EAD for related purpose?

First of all using AP doesn't necessarily mean that you should start using your EAD (the converse is true, however ).

You just need to take all copies of the AP (usually you get 3) ... show the AP & your PP when you re-enter. You don't need anything else.
You can take the 485 receipt, EVL and 2 paystubs -- this is for just "feeling good" -- you don't need it.

When you re-enter on AP, you can still continue working on H1 status with the same emplpyer.
However, if you need to use the EAD for some reason, just fill a new I-9 form with your employer and submit a copy of the EAD as your evidence of eligibility.
