How to use AC21?

I'm in the process of changing employer. I'm wondering how to use AC21? of course, my 485 has been filed for far more than 180 days.

Basicly, do I need to ask the new employer to file anything to INS? or I can simply wait and see if I will get a RFE?

Let's say, I don't send anything to INS after taking new job and get a RFE in the future, what should I do? is an employment verification letter proving the new position is similar to the old one sufficient ? Or I still need to ask lawyer to file any INS forms?

You dont need to tell ur compnay anything

Basically dont tell INS or this will trigger an interview

also make sure the job is similar to the old one

no need to worry about salary or location

but if u change location u need to tell INS its the law

and that would trigger an interview delaying u further
