How to Upgrade Petition?

I had filed an I-130 for my wife in April, 2002 while I was a Permanent Resident. My wife is on a student visa (F-1). The I-130 got approved last year. However, the priority date is not current. A Year and 4 months away.

In the meantime, I became eligible to file for Citizenship. I am in process right now and hopefully should be citizen by June this year.

How do I upgrade the petition then? Do we just file the I-485 with a copy of approved I-130 and copy of my certificate of naturalization.

Where do we file?

Any help will be appreciated.

There is nothing to upgrade here. all you have to do, attach a copy of the I-130 approval letter with I-485, etc. This was exactly my situation and it worked without any hassle.
