How to trigger FP notice??

Hi:

I have done Code-3 FP on 03/07/2006 and as per 15 month validity our FP is expired.

does anyone know how to trigger FP notice??

i have been calling USCIS since 5th june; every time getting response saying that everything is clear and our file is for review with the officer.
i have no idea why this officer is sitting on our file. i wonder he comes everyday morning and checks our file and finds FP expired and does nothing.
it seems he does not know how to trigger FP notice when its expired.

USCIS should have this FP notice automated so that system should trigger a new FP notice when it expired.

I visited Dallas Field Office of USCIS, requested for FP notice and got it.

Get an Infopass appointment and meet with IO and you'll get FP notice
