Our I-485s are struck due to fp expired. we checked with with infopass and they told all checks are done including namecheck, but fp is expired and wait for fp notice. we have been waiting for fp notice since March 2007 and no luck so far (inspite of calling tsc io several times). Our PD is May 2001 eb2 and RD: jan 17th, 2006(Labor substiture).
can any one suggest a way to trigger a fp notice.
