my labor certification is done from Delaware {philly federal }.
i live in CA and work for a client of my company in CA. As future place of work is delaware, the attorneys should have filed my I140 and 485 at Vermont Center. But they filed in CA center [ ND Oct 3rd 2003 ].
CSC sent me the reciept notices, got my EAD and my FP done. but CSC is not processing the I140s at all these days . i would like to transfer my case to Vermont because 1) it would be faster and 2) thats where the petition should have been filed in first place.
Does any of Gurus here know how i should go about it.
