How to track my case?

Hi guys...need advices so badly.

i seen the case tracking status feature on the uscis.gov website (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do;jsessionid=cba9bTFxZygTJfdzPrgqr).
the thing is my receipt no of my asylum starts with the ZLA not the EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC. So how do i track my case?
and also, i seen and heard my friend's lawyer called the immigration hotline, that hotline made you be able to know your case status by entering the Alien #. do you guys know the number for that immigration hotline?

hi,

i do not think you are able to track asylum case on the web, at least 3 years ago was like that.you can write to them(nebraska center or wherever you case is filed at).
 
Case Tracking

I think you can not track Asylum cases online. Either you have to personally visit service center or write them to get status.
