How to tell if Labor Cert is EB2 or EB3?

Hi all:


My labor has been filed long time ago. The lawyer is not around anymore to find out from. How can I tell what classification was it filed -- EB2 or EB3?

As I see in a copy of ETA-750 form the education requirement is: M.S. college degree, Study in "Computer Science"; Education: 6 yrs Grade School, 6 yrs High School; Experience: Job Offered - 3 yrs, Related Occupation - 3 yrs.

yours is EB2 , your job's minimum requirement is MS + 3
