How to talk to VSC?

I wonder if it is possible to talk to officer in VSC by any means? Just want to find out what is wrong with EB2 cases filed in April 2004? Seniors guide me please - frustration level is going up...

I am also with you. I140 RD : Dec 2003. No LUD update after applying. created 2 status inquiry. got help from Senator/Congress man.. nothing moving...
