Hi folks,
My i-94 is soon going to expire (april-2013) and my I-797 is valid till next year April-2014. I also have EAD/AP which I am planning to use for work authorization and return trip from India later this year. My question is: once I am back from India, how can I switch back to H1b (and is it really possible)?
2) Also, lets say I continue working on EAD till April 2014, then can I still apply for my H1b renewal once my I-797 is about to expire?
3) Another scenario: if in between I change job on EAD, can I later switch my status from EAD to H1b with my new employer? In that case, am I subject to H1b cap?
