Can any body please let me know where can i get AC21 form ? What documents do I need to send INS for using AC21? I am concurrent filer. 140 is approved 2003 July. Mine is a substitution case under EB3. Are there any issues if employer tries to revoke? Can I submit the AC21 on my own or Lawyer has to submit ?
Any one who invoked AC21 can you please explain me how to invoke it ?
