Dear friends in this board
I have a question and need help. After I submitted my I-140, I submited I-485 two months later. Recently, my I-140 was approved. On the approval notice, it does not mention something like "I-485 will be ruled upon
separately and another notice would be made for that case..." Instead, it says you can file I-485 although I already did that. My friend says maybe I should submit a copy of I-140 approval notice to USCIS. Does anyone have such experience? How can I submit? just submit to the same address of I-485? Sorry, I do not have such experience.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Goo luck to all those who are still waiting.
