How to Submit I-134 When Filing I-539 Online

Hi,
I am filing my I-539 online to extend my family member's stay for medical treatments.
Last time I filed the paper form along with I-134 (Affidavit of Support). However, I do not see an option to file I-134 along with the online I-539.
Do you know how to do that?
