How to state all trips abroad for citizenship

As a permanent resident through asylum, my green card is back dated one year from the issue date...but when I list all travels abroad on my N400 application, do I list overseas travels based on my green card issue date or my resident since date on my green card...??? what is the proper way to list my travels??

try to keep a record and proofs of all your trips

and make sure to make a copies of all your expired RTD before you mail any

try to keep records of all of your trips.
When I was filling N-400 I was confused, because I don't remember exact dates.
I know for sure how many trips i did and which month, but don't remember exact dates.
I remember only my last 1 year long trip, which I left States on my birthday and came back on my Birthday)))
