How to start LC by own ?

Is it complicated? Can we or a company apply for LC by its own without an attorney help?

What are the steps involved in filing. If the state has same dates for RIR and Non-RIR which one is preferred. Is here going to be a problem for LC approval for the company which is a very small with 9 employees and established in 1997, good standing, annual gross <= 0.5 mill.

Any suggestions are appreciated
 
Yes it is possible for a company to apply for LC by its own without an attorney's help, however I think it is a good idea to utilize the help of a good immigration lawyer - that will save you a lot of trouble in the long run. Remember to find a good immigration lawyer though - and their charges are usually within $1.5-3000
for the whole process.
