My I 140/485 is filed in July 2004. EB3 Category. NSC.
Got I140 approved in April 2005.
Mine is substituted labor case having priority date is Nov 2001.
I'm thinking on changing employer
1. would it be prudent to change employer after october 2005 as I will be completing 6 months after I140 approval.
2. can I change my employer today also if I need since I have passed more than 365 days after filing I485.
3. Is it the good choice of changing the employer using AC-21 does it impacts I 485 processing ?
Can some one guide me or point me to the link on AC-21 process
1. What documentation I required for AC-21 ?
2. how much time it needs to gather these documents ?
3. What are the obligations for new employer ?
4. Do I need to change the attorney to new employer's attorney ?
5. If old company's attorney asking some fees to release my documents is this professional process?
6. what are the points I need to make sure before accepting the offer from new employer ?
7. what are the points I need to tell employer that they should aware before giving me an offer ?
