Hi there,
I think I have complex situation. I have a green card and I have a webdesign home business with my wife: peoplearound.com .
I was working with a french marketing company to design the website for their clients. Now the CEO of this company who is my best friend, would like to start a new business with me in the US.
His company, publiconseil , made last year about $90 000. My company (partnership/soleproprietor company) made about $40 000.
I think I have 2 options (I think) :
- upgrade
peoplearound into a C / S / LLC company and sponsor him with a E2 or E1
- start a new company and sponsor him with a E1 or E2.
I would greatly appreciate any advices about the direction I should take.
I have to add that I ask this question to 2 lawyers and I had different advices.
