How to speak to a customer Rep.?

I need to call that famous 1-800 number to speak to a customer rep. because it has been 30 days already since my first case status inquiry. I have to accumulate 3 times of inquiries in order to be able to speak to the 2nd tier officer. I just figured out that they changed the menu for their 1-800 phone system and there is no way I can press a number to speak to a rep. Anybody has some experience with this new voice system? Thanks in advance!
 
I think you press 1, then press 2 and then i guess its 6, where they say if your processing date is beyound 30 days or so on. Thats how i reach the operator. And spoke with her

Notice "Intent to Deny" issued on 11/15/04 wanted me to come for SR clarification interview on 11/30/04 (According to law if some one enter on AP they do not need SR)
