How to setup infopass appointment?

I have seen a lot of posts where members mentioned that they setup an infopass appointment, but couldn't find any information on how to do it. Is there a number to call or should I go to my seattle D. O in person?

It is for Marriage and finace visa. bbqchickenrobot has it on his signature section.
