Hi gurus,
My employer has filed my I-485, and AP applications and my wife's I-485, AP and EAD applications on march 24th 2004. I have received the receipt notices today from my employer. It looks like the photographs for my wife's EAD has been missed somewhere, and in the receipt notice the BCIS has specified that "Your form was received without the necessary photographs. Submit 2 photos with a white background taken no earlier than 30 days before submission to the INS. ........... An EAD card will not be issued until the above is received by this office.
Could somebody tell me how to send the photos to the BCIS, and what are the additional documents do I need to send them. Is there any web site (BCIS) where I can find more information on how to send additional documents to an existing case.
