How to send Packet 3 to NVC?

Does NVC at NH accept the DS-230s forms sent via FEDEX or can we send only by USPS?

I think they accept Fedex. In my case (and I suspect in a lot of other's cases on here), an attorney is the one who actually sent the papers. She told me that she had Fedexed them this week. I can't imagine that they wouldn't be able to receive Fedex or another courier.

I am not sure either.

My attorney sent the fee to NVC at St.Loius via certified mail and they say they will send the DS-230 to NVC at NH through certified only.

I dont know why they cant send thru FEDEX or UPS or any other courier to at least NH.

FEDEX does not deliver to PO Boxes but then NVC NH is not a PO Box.
