How to send Application to USCIS?

Hi Everybody,

I just want to ask what is the best way to send application (I-131) to USCIS? regular mail? express mail? priority?

Go there personally and knock on their door Then you will get priority treatment

Priority mail will do. $3.95 flat rate (I think) with delivery confirmation. Save yourself $9 for a beer if you dont send it express.
