Hello,
Regarding family-based immigration, does anybody know how it works when your "priority date" becomes current? In case you were born in country A but have long-term residency (for work/family/personal reasons) in country B. For example, an India-born person permanently residing in the U.K. I know you're supposed to get a bunch of forms to fill out first, but once you send these forms to the National Visa Center, how do you tell them that your case should be processed in the consulate of the country where you reside?
