im greencard holder .convicted of petty theft infraction in aprl 2007 (plead no contest)in CALIFORNIA.no prior records. infraction is punishable only with fines.
In CA infractions can not be expunged.acually i am worried it will show up in background checks when i apply for new jobs .so is there any possibility for not showing up the record in backgrd checks.this will really going to help me if there is anything like that and how can i proceed with such process.
