My wife and I filed 485 in 2003, we had two finger prints already. A few weeks ago, I had the 3rd FP notice, but my wife has not had her yet. She is planning on going to China for several months in this Sep., she needs to do her FP before leave (so that she does not have to come back to complete FP in case FP notice shows up while she is gone).
I wonder how she can schedule a FP appointment. She called NSC but was told they did not have authority to schedule FP appointment (only to reschedule them). I was then told to go to the closest USCIS office, I wish to avoid that trip if possible.
Any suggestions?
