How to satisfy 180 days if i am working in US

Hello Friends,

I am thinking of applying Canadaian PR, but still not clear, how to maintain 180 days stay in Canada if I am working in US(I am here on H1-B).

And how is it going to give me a backup of US greencard process, my GC is in LC stage and its taking too long ?.

Please advice.
