Finally got RFE, they are:

Provide documentation on your last entry from Canada.

[And Medical (TB for wife, pregnant then), employment letter]

====

As you guys know, two years ago, going to Canada within 30 days do not require turning I-94 or stamp when you come back.
So how to reply this RFE?

(I do have VISA and stamp when I entered Canada, but nothing on back US, and I drove to and back from Canada).

Anybody can help me?

My "lier" is just a lier. I talked with him about this issue two years ago. It was he who ask me to fill like this. He just do not know what to do right now. He asks us to fill an affidavit. Does that work?

BTW, does anybody keep a copy of the old law specifying the 30-day-to--canada-no-stamp-for-being-back rule?

Thanks.

furnishing affidavits, copies of excerpts from the official immigration site (may be your lawyer could find the right ones) along with a detailed explanation (cover letter) from your lawyer might help answer this RFE.
we did the same in a similar situation ( it was asked for a canadian PR coming back to the US holding
I-797 notice of approval) and got it through.

good luck
