how to respond to RFE

Hi Guys,

I am planning to reply to an RFE for my I485. Does anyone know if there is anything special to be done like

1. Courier service to use - USPS, Fedex etc?
2. Envelope to use. On USCIS website they mentioned to use return envelope provided. but i did not receive any.
3. Any covering letter or any other letter to be included?

1. FEDEX more reliable.
2. Any envelope hopefully a waterproof one, as weather here is unpredictable.
3. Just send a covering letter stating your 485 EAC number, any reference number given in your RFE should be ok.

Can you give me your date of FP, FP received date, LUD changes that has occured on your 485 application?

I485 - RD 07/03 RFE(for birth cert) 10/04
