How to request US passport return?

Hi,
I sent my OCI app to CGI SF on Oct8...No acknowledgment yet. Based on people's experiences, I dont think I'll get the OCI in time for my Singapore travel on Dec19.

How do I ask CGI SF to send our US passports back now while continuing the OCI app processing? Do I call them or send an email or fill a form on some website?

which passport are you taking about? Indian?
Did you send your passport to get surrender certificate?

If you are just going to Singapore you don't need US passport, just US passport should be good.

I need my US Passport back from CGI SF. SC is already done and my Indian Passport is cancelled.

I do not think the emails or forms will be as effective as a talk with someone. The chances of someone talking on the phone are low, so keep trying.
