How to report INS service error and request expeditious handling?

INS Texas made a big mistake in my I-824 application. I sent a letter three weeks ago. No any response. Also, it seems I-824 is dead in Texas. Any gurus has any idea about reporting error to INS and request expeditious handling? Phoning is not practical for me. Tried several times. Always busy.

INS vermont screwed me up too

I\'m in a similar boat. INS vermont screwed me up by not sending my I140 to NVC. instead they sent it to storage facility. It was lying in their storage facility for 10+ weeks. Waiting for INS to get it back from their storage.

any help/suggestions to expedite the process, anyone?

I will send a letter to TSC tomorrow. And still hope there is a magic way to deal with the service error.
