Myself: Passport and I-94 expires in Feb. 2006.
H1B expires in Jan. 2007.
Spouse: Passport and I-94 (H4) expires in Jan.2007.
My questions are:
1. After renew my passport, when should I start to renew my I-94? What's the procedure?
2. After spouse’s passport renewed, I plan to submit my spouse’s I-94 (H4) with my H1-B renewal filing. Is that right?
