Murphy's law has hit me. I completed my online application (for 3rd EAD), made the payment, and just when I hit the save button my application pdf, my computer crashed, and I had to reboot. I searched my temp dir and looked at all files modified in last 1 day, but did not find the file, the file i was saving it as, exists but it is half saved, and does not open, acrobad complains about document corruption. I tried to hack acrobad, but the document disctionary is corrupted, so I cant think of anyway of revoering. Does anyone have any advise on how to obtain a copy of the document, I will try calling the customer service number, they said they cant help me, they need wac number to pull out any information from their database. I was advised to go to the district office.
