Hope to get some info asap.
I have about 6 months of vacation time (about 1-2 months each year). My 6 year limit is expiring in Oct. How can I claim this. I mean what should I file -- Is it I-539 or does it have to be a new H-1 petition on I-129. The reason is that I-129 costs a lot more money that I have to pay than I-539. (At least $1100 more)
