How to read the processing JIT report?

If I look at the CSC processing report for I485 in immihelp.com or other immigration websites, it currently has a date of

           I-485 "Ready to Adjudicate" 04/01/01

It reads "An application or petition with a Receipt Notice date listed above should be processed within 30 days of this notice"

However, we\'re seeing approvals for RDs in MAy, June,July..upto even september\'01.

I wonder how I should read this JIT report? what is 4/1/1?

Means offically CSC is saying that they have processed all

cases till 04.01.01. If your receipt notice date is prior to this date, then you can inquire with CSC via fax/phone on status of your case.

Though CSC is approving cases upto Sept 01, we cannot question them, why any case with receipt notice date greater than 04.01.01 is not approved. This is becuase they will quote that they are approving cases of 04.01.01, based on JIT date.
