How to reach NVC?

Hi,
I called NVC and the message I got was " Thanks for calling NVC - Good bye" and the call ended.
I tried several times and it happened each time. Has anybody else experienced the same?
I called between 8 - 8:15 am.Can somebody let me know how to reach NVC..I was calling to find the status of my packet3.I had sent it to St Louis about four and half weeks back.

Call Now.. The lines are open and I just got thru. The AVM picks up. To speak to a rep. the best way is to enter an invalid case number into the AVM which then connects to an operator.

CPIndia...did you call NVC..Has your P3 reached NVC ? Please let me know.

I mailed to ST. Louis on June-3rd and still waiting for it to reach NVC. MO was cashed on 06-25.

Normally it takes around 3 weeks to reach NVC from mailing date. I do not know why this delay.
 
Yes I called

Miami...Yes I called NVC today and they told me that P3 was received by them yesterday.So yours also may reach them sometime soon.My P3 was also sent around the same time.It is very rare that P3 reaches NVC in 2 weeks.Mine took 5 weeks.

That's a good news CPIndia..I called NVC yesterday and was told they have'nt received it. Let me call them and find out. Thank you very much for the info.
