I have been reading lot of threads where users have mentioned that they got in touch with an IO at the service center.
I have called USCIS help line and got to only the customer service reps who could not give more information than saying that they will send an email to service center.
Just wondering if there are any specific instructions on reaching an IO. Or just pure luck?
