how to re-new EAD card?

hello,
 My h1-B will be expired thic Oct. my company (hp) probably will not renew the h1-B. I have
EAD which will be expired next Mar. 2003.
 I want to know what need for the EAD renew next year (just in case...)
 My 485 has been pending over 180 days (Oct RD -wac-02...case)
