How to raise a name check inquiry, please help

I saw many of you had an inquiry for Name check. My 140 was approved on 5/5/04 and waiting for 485 approval. I would like to check my name check status with FBI. Who can let me know how to draft an inquiry. Please send me a format through email, I can add my info into it and send it right away. Your help will be appreciated.

Send a mail to FBI at fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov -- they take about 5 or 6 MONTHS to give a reply !!!

Give your name/A#/DOB and case details.

A#? I sent an e-mail like a month ago only with my name and Case number. Should send another one with A# and DOB?

By case number do you mean the LINxxx receipt number issued by NSC ?

I think FBI cross checks with your A# (and maybe SSN - not sure) .... I don't think USCIS case# matters too much as you can have many cases with USCIS that trigerred a name check.
Your full name, DOB and A# should give the best "hit"

Re-send the email with Name/DOB and A#
 
what case details should be included in the email. Do you keep your original email which you sent to FBI. Can you delete your pesonal info and post it here. or you can send me personal email. I don't want to miss some thing when I draft an email to FBI. Thanks a lot!

Template below:

Hello dear uncle FBI,

Uncle, uncle.... sometime on XX/XX/XX (date), the nice man asked me to put my thumb on scanner. After that uncle, they said that this print will be sent to your goodself. My good name is YYYY. I am from Jajjar, where my family is owning big hair oil company. We are the best in the whole city of Jajjar.

Now uncle FBI, it seems that using this thumb print, you wil be checking my background. Uncle, the reason for this email is to find out what you have found so far and if it is not too much of a burden, please let me know what you have found.
