Hi,
One of the EB1-EA criteria, "evident that the alien has performed in a leading or critical role for organizations or establishments that have distinguished reputations" My advisor wrote that I was the critical member in the research group and the key member to help him get a NIH grant. Is this enough? Besides recommendation letter, is there any other way to prove you are "alien has performed in a leading or critical role..." Thanks,

1) do you do any journal reveiws as an "expesrt" (all reviewers can be quated as experst)?
2) any leading/critical positions/awards that you have held? ie at prestigious institutions?
3)any unique skilss/training that could be of critical importance to your field?
4) Do you have had previous job offers or postions help (may be training positions) but critical to the group/institution?
5)The mention from your advisor as a key person for NIH grant is probably v good - ampunt of grant (if large might help ---if things are not mentioned in the ref letter they can be covered in the cover letter - however the more supporting evidence you have the better it is.
(ALL ABOVE IS ONLY A PERSONAL OPINION)
