how to prove physical existance in usa

Hi,
i have filed my case under 245i.according to that i have to show i was present in US physicaly before 21 december 2000.my LC was filed on 30 april 2001.but i dont have any solid proof of physical existance in usa before 21 december 2000.i entered usa without inspection.USCIS asked me for proofs of physical existance in usa.what should i do.any help would be appreciated.

Did you have any bank account activities such as opening an account? Or any utility payment bills (Gas bill / power bill / cable / telephone / cell phone etc.)

I have a letter from employer,he employed me from such date to such.is it acceptable.

Did he pay a payroll taxes? Only other way is provide the affidavits from 3 or 4 people.

i was never on payroll

i was never on payroll cause my lc approved in 2007.and i filed i485 and i765 in november.i got ead in feb 2008.I was never on pay roll as my status was not legal.
