Saw a bunch of concurrent filings where I-140 has been approved without I-485 approval from late Oct. on.
How does NSC handle concurrent filings? Do they just process some of the cases like non-concurrent filings, that is, approves the I-140 and put the I-485 to the I-485 queue?
Really confusing.
