Hi Guys,

My interview is on 17th and I dont have appointment letter yet. I read about printing Appt. letter from web in this group. Can someone please help me in printing the appointment letter from the web - please post step-by-step how to print it from the web.

Thanks

very easy

1. Open an internet browser
2. Make sure your PC is connected to a printer
3. Go to the consulate wesite (madras.sphynx.com for chennai)
4. Click on IV appointments
5. Enter your case number
6. Click "check for appointments"
7. The page will display your case details (case no, date, etc)
8. Click "print" on your top tool bar or select "print" under "File" menu option.

ap: check out mumbai website...

It clearly states

If an applicant’s appointment is on this list, but he or she has not yet received an appointment letter, then the applicant or someone acting on his or her behalf can come to the public Information Window of the Consulate any business day before 11:00 a.m. to request a duplicate. Applicants need appointment letters to process medical examinations and to enter the Consulate for their interviews.

so no web printing for mumbayas.....

maybe try to copy-paste it on Word and

remove the extraneous case# records and take the print out...can u call the US consulate in Delhi and confirm with them if this will work for Consulate and Medical....Good Luck...
