Call the NCSC 1-800 number, then:
1 - English
2 - skip intro
2 - case status
6 - check status
1 - (yes, you have the receipt number)
enter receipt number
1 - to confirm number
listen to status
3 - to continue to next step
3 - outside processing times
1 - LUD is past 60 days
This should connect you to a NCSC rep. You can tell him/her your case is beyond normal processing times. If the rep determines that to be the case, he/she will open an SR for you. Note down and confirm the reference number for the SR - you may need it for an Infopass appointment.
