Can anyone give me some information on how to open SR ? Which number do I need to call and what information do I need to Give ?

How to Open SR

Everyone_get_gc,
In order to open a service request...
Dial 1 800 375 5283
then 1-2-2-6-1
enter EAC/SRC# then 1
The automated message will give you the status...
Press 3 to continue to next step...
After that.... select an option that says "if you feel that your case is beyond the processing time"... this will connect you to CSR and they will ask for your EAC/SRC #
First Name, Last Name and read out the message that we see online...
Then you can say i would like to open a service request..
CSR will take your address and create a service request... and provide you with a 16 digit reference and say you will receive a respone in 30 to 45 days...
