How to move foward after a denial

Hello all.
I entered the US on an F1 visa in 2010. I met my Ex USC spouse in 2013 and we married in 2015. He petitioned for my AOS in 2016. We had our initial interview in 2017 and all seemed well, other than 1 or 2 mistakes. We were told we'd get an answer in a couple of weeks. 2 years passed and nothing. We contacted US ombudsman for help and they were told our case was sent to the records center as it should it was completed. They retrieved the case and called us in for another interview (stokes). It was long and they separated us, called us back in after asking us each about 120 questions. She said we passed and should receive an answer in a few days. I got an RFE for my medical, I completely forgot to hand it over.
Another year went by and nothing. Asked for the US ombudsman help again and only got back to us in 2020. By then, the marriage had broken down due to infidelity on his part. They called us in for another interview and it was a mess. At this point, the new officer blamed us for delaying our own case because apparently there wasn't any evidence in our file( we sent tons of evidence) they literally kept losing our file. She gave me her number to call her when I'm outside the office to bring her text messages between us. Which I did and she denied to collect them, basically told us that she things are marriage is fake etc. We went back for another interview and we requested for a supervisor once we notice it was the same lady. She flat out lied and said she never did such a thing etc.
Anyway finally we demanded for an answer in 2022 at this point we were separated and I just wanted out. I didn't care about getting a green card anymore. They denied it and I felt relieved, it had been 5 years.
My husband was estranged and had built a life with his new family and I had started dating someone new too. My lawyer started working on my vawa case, but then my boyfriend proposed. We got married Sept 2024 and now we want to move foward with applying for a green card.
I'm having alot of anxiety over it because we are still in the same city and that field office really messed up my case and that officer really traumatized us etc.
I am nolonger working with the attorney that was working on my vawa case.
Should we apply for the i130 before the I 485 because of my previous denial? Should we hire an attorney to handle this case? Cash is a bit tight as we are investing in our business and also paying for my nursing school out of pocket.
Please, any insight will be very helpful. Thank you

I think you should apply for I-130 and I-485 together (or I-485 right after the I-130).

Were you ever given a Notice to Appear for removal proceedings?

Ok, do you think they'll bring up my denial and previous marriage etc and cause problems with my new case? Is it beret to get an attorney to deal with ask this?
I was never and have never been in removal proceedings. I have always been legal right until the denial.
