Hi,
We had submitted some papers to the SanJose service center a while back. We have not recieved any news from them. Is it possible to meet with the Officer that we sent the papers to? Anybody has an idea how to do this? When we stood in line and tried to get an appt they said it cannot be done that way. Also they just told us that our case is still 'pending" and that we just have to wait.
