How to make an infopass appointment?

Looks like I forgot- how.

My area office keeps on telling me since past two weeks that check back later

Can some one please post step by step info. to book an appointment?

I have applied for naturalization in the last week of Sep 08 at CSC. I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks for FP notice which has never arrived so far, though other people are receiving it within 20 days or so.. Last week I had a service request done. They told me to wait for 45 days before I hear anything from them. Meanwhile I am also planning to take an infopass. Is it okay to ask for an Infopass while the service request is being carried out ? At the online infopass , they do ask the service request no. if any, so I am wondering if I can ask for Infopass or not? Can someone give me an idea about how to get this appointment as unless I get FP done, my case will never take off. Moreover I am concerned that I may have missed a scheduled FP date because of non receipt of its notice.Can I give a choice for date, time and office?
