Six years on my H1B is expiring in April 2006. Per forum I read here I know the only option I have is pre-approved labor. However, I am against the concept of pre-approved labor yet in desperate need to be able to stay in US after my H1B expires.
1. Please suggest how to serach for ligid companies who does labor substitue
2. When I find someone with pre-approved labor or pending labor(filed 365 daya before my h1b expires) What are the questions I should ask them to make sure that the process has no gotchas and that I will definitely get extension on my h1b beyong 6 years.
3. any ideas about how soon using pre-approved labor is going to be illegal?
4. If I get 7 year extension based on pending labor now, can I get 8th year extension even when labor substiture becomes illegal.
I have found a company which has a pending labor filed in Dec 2003 in Ohio which matched with my profile. I am curious to why that labor is still pending. Any suggestions?
